They charged my card prior to the final date, then said that, since I didn't call to cancel in time despite being on the agreed upon date , they could not refund the charge, Only after 45 minutes of arguing, did they listen to their own recordings and agree that they had told me to send it, "By the end of the month" and that it was still within the month, so they shouldn't' have charged me the subscription fee.

HOWEVER, I would still need to send them the product in order for them to cancel the mistaken charge which also was higher than it was supposed to be, by the way. They promised that a refund would be provided as soon as I called in with the tracking number. Of course when I did that they said the refund wouldn't be provided until they received the shipment. THEN, a week after it was delivered, I had to call again only to 1 first be told they hadn't received it 2 then when I said exactly when it was delivered, that it just hadn't been entered into the system yet, 3 she put in the refund request during the call, and 4 I had to wait another hours Be super vigilant, watch your bank account.

I was supposed to call within a week to cancel and because it was two weeks "they understood but there was nothing they could do except cancel ongoing monthly repeats! I too signed up for the free trial. Absolute scam.

I have " cancelled" mu so called " subscription" and only hope when the goods arrive that I did not order that my money can be refunded. A shameful underhand deception. I will be telling everyone I know about this.

Annoyingly had to cancel my card and pay the postage to return the damn stuff! First off there will probably be 5 or more 5 star glowing reviews about this product after my negative review. These reviews are not genuine imho and are possibly computer generated or paid for rating designed to keep the overall star rating reasonably good, at a minimum.

The bank stopped it as suspicious. The email bounced back and the email address wasn't working for the next 47 hours gmail retrys automatically. On the 5th of August ie. No product was received, not that I want it. I phoned the 'UK' number which turned out to be a call centre in the Philippines. The lady said they couldn't refund my money because I'd cancelled my card! Which of course I have at this stage. She said the accounts and legal dept. I was given a different generic email address and I await their reply.

This is an absolutely outrageous scam and a disgusting method of extracting money from unsuspecting and anxious people struggling with a global pandemic. As if people didn't have enough to worry about. Absolute daylight robbery.

How this company are getting away with this is absolutely scandalous. Cancel ASAP as they keep withdrawing money from your account. They have taken from my account for a 30ml trial product. I have had to cancel my card just to stop them taking anymore. Their Irish phone number is nonexistent, total fraud. Absolute Scam.

As you then will get hefty deductions coming out of your credit card every fortnight. Sadly the world is full of scroungy dogs like this company. Unless you read all of the fine print this is a very expensive exercise. They give you 14 days trial and you must contact them during that time to cancel.

The product is useless! Very expensive lesson to learn. Never trust this company as they continue taking money from account after cancellation.

Calling them is very hard and if u get through they will talk over you. You cannot reason with them. The product has no change to your skin, oil of olah is just as good. Do not trust this company. No Way! I'm mailing it all back in order to get a partially full refund except for postage. Your best option is to contact your bank or credit union and have them cancel your credit card.

This is inconvenient and incurs a small fee, but it is the only way. Well I did as they said and phoned them after an email and they say I never phoned to cancel. That is why I also sent an email which they say they did not receive. I phoned and emailed them as it suggests on the site. They said I did not phone or email. I ended up on the phone for 1 hour trying to get it cancelled.

Please contact your bank and get them to look into it for you, cancel your credit card, which i know is a pain but worth it. I fell for their scam once i wont make the same mistake twice Just copy paste the name of product let google do the rest.

Also, you should contact your bank and give them the details of the business that has scammed you and ask the bank to cancel any further payments to them. Depending on the bank you are with, some banks will actually reimburse you and chase the scam company for the money.
