Food is slow-cooked in the fireplace for hours, creating decadent dishes that can only be found at the castle. The natural pool is so cold but so good as well. The food was cooked to perfection. Salmon comes with "Freek" and it was amazing for those who loves salmon.

Personally I preferred the Lamb than salmon. The meat was so good and there was roasted vegetables that tasted awesome. Once in a lifetime experience. No words could ever describe the amount of chillax and fun we had there! Breathtaking view, amazing service, and great food. Castle Zaman is a magical place where you feel like a v. Its important to know- it takes time for the meals to arrive to your table so you might come early, enjoy the place and then sit down and eat. There is a beautiful private pool for the castle guests, and you can really spend there almost a whole day.

If your short on time and would like to eat and go, its possible- you just might want to call them and make a reservation for a certain hour. From my personal point of view- the place serves really the best food I've had in Sinai this part of Egypt and is the cleanest of them too.
